Privacy Policy

Evoted (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy covers:
- The Evoted mobile app (accounts and training data)
- The evoted.app website and waitlist signup
A. Evoted mobile app
1. Who we are
Evoted is operated by Instrado AB (org. nr 559605-6993), Tegelbruksvägen 32, 126 34 Hägersten, Sweden. Contact: hello@evoted.app.
2. What we collect in the app
Depending on how you use Evoted, we may process:
- Account details — email address, display name, and authentication identifiers from our auth provider (Supabase). If you use Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the identifiers and profile fields those providers share with us (Apple may hide your email behind a private relay).
- Training data — workouts, sets, custom exercises, programs you follow, personal records, and related progress history
- Body metrics (Pro) — weight and measurements you choose to log, plus related goals and reminders if enabled
- Preferences — units, notification choices, and similar app settings
- Device storage — local cache of your data on your phone so the app works offline; we sync to our cloud backup when you are signed in
- Optional profile photo stored on your device
- Technical diagnostics needed to operate sync and authentication (not used for advertising profiles)
3. How we use your information
- Provide and improve workout tracking, progress views, goals, and related features
- Back up and restore your data when you sign in on a supported device
- Send notifications you enable (for example rest timer or body check-in reminders)
- Secure the service, prevent abuse, and debug reliability issues
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to your requests (access, deletion, etc.)
4. Processors
We use Supabase for authentication and cloud database storage of your synced training data. Push notification delivery may use Apple / Google notification infrastructure when you enable notifications. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your account and synced training data while your account remains active. If you delete your account in Settings, we delete your auth user and associated cloud training data, and clear local app data on that device.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data. You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account). For other requests, email hello@evoted.app.
7. Children
Evoted is not directed at children under 16. Do not create an account if you are under the applicable age in your country.
8. Beta notice
During TestFlight / friends-and-family testing, features and data handling may change. Please avoid storing data you cannot afford to lose, and tell us about bugs.
B. Website and waitlist
1. What information we collect
When you join the Evoted waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address
- Information about your consent to receive communications from us
- Technical information that may be processed automatically when you visit our website for security, performance, and technical operation purposes
2. How we use your information
We use your email address to:
- Manage your waitlist registration
- Send you information about the launch of Evoted
- Send you product updates and other marketing communications where you have given your consent
3. Legal basis for processing
Where we send you marketing communications, we rely on your consent as the legal basis for processing your email address. You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
4. Email service provider
We use MailerLite as our email service provider to manage our waitlist and send email communications. MailerLite acts as a data processor on our behalf.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. Essential technical technologies may be used where necessary to operate and secure the website. When you interact with our waitlist signup form, MailerLite may use cookies or similar technologies for the operation of that form.
6. Third-party services (website)
Website providers include Cloudflare (hosting and security) and MailerLite (waitlist and email communications).
C. Shared sections
1. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of the latest update shown at the top. The in-app Privacy Policy screen reflects the same app practices.
